WHO WE ARE
Tapping Into the Market
The seeds of Pac Garden Consulting were sown in 2017, during a crucial moment in the cannabis industry when the passage of California’s Prop 64 changed the landscape on election night. As the cannabis market went from underground activities to a regulated legal industry, operators were forced to switch from small-scale businesses to full-scale enterprises. To achieve this new reality, capital had to be raised quickly, compliant facilities had to be designed, contracts and leases had to be executed and high-level challenges had to be addressed.
From those early days we have gained invaluable hands-on experience, quickly pivoting from industry newcomers to experienced entrepreneurs. We raised capital, applied for licenses, and evaluated production, retail and distribution facilities all while navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape. These experiences laid the foundation for what would eventually become Pac Garden Consulting.
